MySQL - mysql_upgrade - Произошла ошибка: невозможно установить переменные сервера

Я запускаю MySQL 5.7.11 внутри официального образа докера.

Когда я хочу обновить, я получаю следующую ошибку:

Останови свою БД. Затем начните с:

mysqld --skip-grant-tables &

И тогда я наконец смогу сделать свое обновление:

mysql_upgrade

У меня была похожая проблема при обновлении с 5.7.x до 5.7.15 с использованием, apt-getно не в образе Docker, а на базовом экземпляре Ubuntu 16.04 EC2.

Мне удалось обойтись, настроив .mylogin.cnfфайл для моей учетной записи root-пользователя Linux, чтобы он мог входить в систему без указания имени пользователя и пароля, а затем выполнил mysql_upgradeкоманду при входе в систему под учетной записью root.

Это удалось выполнить необходимые обновления системной таблицы, и тогда я смог выполнить apt-get upgradeкоманду без проблем.

По моему мне пришлось

mv /var/lib/mysql /var/lib/mysql.bak

скопируйте новую папку / var / lib / mysql, в которой находится только базовая база данных mysql. У меня просто получилось хранить один файл в / var / lib / mysql-new

mv /var/lib/mysql-new /var/lib/mysql
service mysql restart

apt-get install -f

Он прошел и обновил базу данных MySQL, а затем вы можете:

 mv /var/lib/mysql /var/lib/mysql-new
 mv /var/lib/mysql.bak /var/lib/mysql
 service mysql restart

Работал на меня. Я перепробовал множество других предложений, включая чистку, удаление всего и начало заново, игру с apparmor и так далее, но это был единственный способ, который работал для меня.

В моем случае такая же проблема, решаемая так:
