Xampp PdoException не мог найти драйвер
If you have "PDOexception could not find driver" with Xampp,
then rather install one of those instead :
WAMP – Windows, Apache, MySQL, PHP
LAMP – Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP
MAMP – Mac, Apache, MySQL, PHP
